How training supports safer workplaces

Training can support awareness and habits, but it should not replace licensed advice or required professional review.

A learner can use scenario questions to revisit an uncertain choice and save useful lessons for review. An employer still needs to provide the relevant workplace procedures and any required practical instruction. Monthly membership does not assign the learner an emergency or servicing role.
